A warehouse-store built for buyers tired of paying retail.
123 Building is the Flushing storefront of Loopstone's liquidation network — a US-based operator turning closeout and overstock home-improvement inventory into walk-in trade prices.
How 123 Building works.
We source surplus and closeout inventory from US home-improvement supply chains — building materials, tools, plumbing fixtures, electrical, kitchen and bath, appliances and furniture. The pallets come into our Flushing warehouse-store. You walk in, you shop, you load.
No flashy showroom, no minimum order, no online checkout to navigate. Just real, in-stock surplus on shelves and floor stacks. When a pallet sells out, the next load is already inbound. Returning customers know to check back often.
For contractors, remodelers, flippers and Amazon resellers we offer dealer pricing on full pallets, mixed lots and export container loads — coordinated from our Flushing flagship and Loopstone's distribution center.

Real surplus, real shelves.
Every department in our Flushing store is stocked with branded, US-sourced inventory. Cartons, finishes and packaging vary because the merchandise is genuine closeout — that's why the prices look the way they do.
Building & remodel materials
Drywall, dimensional lumber, insulation, doors, windows, roofing and siding overstock — sized for both single-project buyers and small contractors.
Tools, hardware & safety
Power tools, hand tools, ratchet sets, tape measures, fasteners, PPE and consumables from major US tool brands.
Plumbing, electrical, finishes
Valves, fittings, fixtures, dimmers, breakers, lighting, faucets, vanities, shades and tile — code-ready when packaging is intact.
Appliances & home goods
Microwaves, small appliances, safes, headboards, occasional furniture and surplus home goods rotating in from new pallets.
What makes us different from a big-box.
We're not a chain store. We're a working warehouse with a public retail floor — and that changes how we operate.
Inventory turns weekly
Pallets sell out fast and reload often. Best deals go to the buyers who show up early and check back regularly.
Single price for everyone
Walk-in shoppers and contractors see the same liquidation price tags. Volume tiers kick in at pallet quantity.
No surprises at checkout
Cash, debit and major cards accepted. No restocking fees on sealed items returned within 7 days with receipt.
Same-day load-out
Pull your truck to the dock or load into a van or SUV right from the floor. Bring straps, blankets and helpers for big jobs.
