The building-materials department is the backbone of 123 Building. Most of the floor space at our Flushing warehouse is dedicated to bulk drywall, lumber, doors, windows, roofing, siding and insulation — the items contractors and remodelers buy by the pallet.
Because we move liquidation and overstock inventory, the brand mix and SKU list change with every incoming truck. Show up with measurements, photos and a phone number — we'll help you check what's on the floor and what's expected on the next load.
Closeout building materials are sold as-is. Packaging may show shelf wear, but everything is functional and ticketed at deep discount versus retail.

Measure first
Bring exact opening sizes, door swing direction and rough quantities. We can't reserve items by phone — first-come applies.
Inspect on the floor
Open inspection is welcome. Check for damage, missing hardware and finish before you commit at the register.
Pay & load
Cash, debit and major cards accepted. Drive to the dock area or load directly from the floor into your vehicle.
