Confirm the manifest
For mixed lots we share a photo manifest. For category pallets we describe SKU class and condition mix.
Pay & schedule
Pay by wire or major card. Schedule pickup in Flushing or shipment from our distribution center.
Load & reorder
Pick up at the dock or accept the freight. Reorder cycle locks in next-priority access on similar lots.

Is there a minimum order?
For single-pallet purchases there's no item-count minimum — you take the pallet as-is. For mixed lots we typically build around a single-pallet baseline and scale up from there.
Do you ship or is it pickup-only?
Both. Walk-in shoppers and small-pallet buyers pick up at our Flushing store. For larger orders, our distribution center coordinates LTL, FTL and container freight to your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
For wholesale we accept wire transfer and major credit cards. Wire is preferred for orders over a few pallets.
Can you build a custom mixed lot?
Yes — that's our most popular program. Send a category mix and target spend and we'll propose what's available across our current pallets.
Do you sell to franchise or partner stores?
The Loopstone network supports partner-store relationships. Contact our team for details on inventory, branding and distribution support.
What about returns?
Liquidation merchandise is generally sold as-is. We're transparent about condition and packaging up front so there are no surprises.
